How to use it
Clean and dry the knee. Peel off the film, bend the knee slightly and smooth the patch flat over the front, side or just under the kneecap. Wear it for up to 12 hours, then peel it off.
One patch a day is enough. You can use one on each knee.

You have 60 days after your order arrives to request a return. Patches are a single-use skin product, so returns cover packs that are still unopened, in their original packaging — if you order three and open one, the other two can still go back.
