How to use it
Clean and dry the skin on your lower back, shoulders or neck. Peel off the film and press the patch flat with your palm for a few seconds. Wear it for up to 12 hours, then peel it off.
One patch a day is enough. Reseal the bag so the rest stay fresh.

Returns — 60-Day Policy
You have 60 days after your order arrives to request a return. Patches are a single-use skin product, so returns cover packs that are still unopened, in their original packaging — if you order three and open one, the other two can still go back. Start a return through our Return Portal, or email info@neurogena.us for an RMA number.

External use only. Do not use on broken, irritated or sensitive skin, wounds or rashes. Stop if the skin turns red or itchy. Keep away from eyes and children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have diabetes or poor circulation, speak to a clinician first. Do not use with a heating pad.

No. It feels gently warm, never like a burn. If your skin stings or turns red, take it off.
How long does one patch last?
