At Neurogena, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

All original packaging and accessories must be included.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
How to Start a Return

Submit your return request through our Return Portal or by contacting us at info@neurogena.us.

Our customer service team will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to your package, include your RMA number inside, and drop it off at the carrier location specified.
⚠️ Please note: Unauthorized returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Neurogena will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your bank or card issuer requires additional time, processing may take longer.
